These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PanditAI, available at astromitra.tech (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PanditAI provides Vedic astrology tools — birth charts (Kundali), compatibility, dashas, doshas, horoscopes, numerology, muhurat, and AI-assisted interpretations — for personal guidance and informational purposes.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Credits, plans and payments
- Certain features consume credits or require a paid plan.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying you also agree to the gateway's terms.
- Credits and plan benefits are described on the Plans & Credits page and may change with notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service except under an authorised API/white-label plan.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
5. API access
If you use our API, you must keep your API keys confidential, stay within your plan's rate and usage limits, and comply with any scope restrictions. We may suspend keys that are abused.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and content (excluding your own input data) are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. Reports you generate are for your personal use.
7. Astrology disclaimer
Astrology is provided for guidance, reflection, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other qualified advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make. We make no guarantee of accuracy of interpretations or outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
