• Account data: name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Birth details: date, time, and place of birth that you enter to generate charts. These are required for astrological calculations and are stored with your reports.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs.
• Payment data: processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

2. How we use your information

• To generate charts, reports, and predictions you request.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, password resets).
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.

3. AI processing

Chart calculations are deterministic and performed by our own astronomical engine. Written interpretations may be generated using third-party AI providers. When this happens, only the relevant chart data (never your password or payment details) is sent to the provider to produce the interpretation. AI-generated text is clearly labelled and is for guidance only.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service — payment gateway, email delivery, cloud hosting, and AI interpretation providers — under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual reports at any time, or request full account deletion by contacting us. Some records (e.g. payment/transaction logs) may be retained as required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and scoped access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your chosen language. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

8. Your rights

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
